情绪低落

心理学上有讲，有的人就是天生的容易体验负性情绪，什么事情都往坏里想。这样的人容易得抑郁症，很难有快乐，看到别人快乐也觉得别扭———他们怎么有那么多开心事？
当我们以正常人角度来看，有时甚至觉得那些所谓的抑郁症者只是在装B，就像为赋新词强说愁一样；可是每个人都逃脱不了有情绪低落的时候，不排除有的人就比较难走出情绪的低谷，他们也没什么可装的，就是那副性情。这时，基本没什么可责备的了。就像我们无法责备爹妈把我们生成这副德性一样。而一旦某事和基因等生而有之且我们无法改变的东西扯上关系，这件事就显得无法辨驳。爹妈给的！
