1. 很多事情出了状况的时候，我们总是情不自禁地追溯到之前：“刚才还是好好的，刚才还能用的，刚才还……”仿佛前一秒的存在就是下一秒存在的保证和预示。可是时间的每一个瞬间都是一个断层，我们根本不能保证每一个断层里事情都能完美地延续下去，常常一瞬间，一切就嘎然而止了。

   与其追悔，到不然为下一个可能的断层做好准备

2. 塞内加甚至认为，我们每天都抱着“出去被车撞，亲人会突然离我们而去，写了2个小时的文章没保存遇到电脑突然死机”的心态过日子。那样当情况真的发生时不至于太失落，“我早知道会这样子！”。当然他没这么说，意思是这样子。
