Q：为了更好的理解，他们是否需要把心理学当作一种技能来学习？

A：我想传统的心理学派不上多大用场，我认为要想成为一名优秀的设计师，你必须要懂心理学和人类学。但是教心理学和人类学的人却不懂这个道理。他们是学院派的大学教授。他们只教自己认为重要的东西，这跟我认为需要学习的东西不同。他们不相信这类的应用。因此很不幸，人们很难学到该学的心理学和人类学知识。出现了某种错位。
　　
Q：那在美国人们是怎样学到这些东西的呢？

A：人们是靠自学和从经验中学习的。其实，芝加哥设计学院和其他一些学校也在传授一些有用不错的技能。大学教授是一群非常特有的人，他们往往为了做学问而做学问，他们中许多人不知道怎样运用这些学问与知识。
