看到 UPA2006 在举行，应该比那个网志年会有趣些。刚好有个人在讲文化差异对 UI 的影响，想起之前听的讲座，也曾听到同样的说法，比如西方人喜欢直板手机，觉得翻盖的手机不可思议，为什么打个电话还要翻开东西，而中国人则不会有这种想法。中国人对复杂背景的容忍度高些，可以记住一张复杂图像中大多数背景里的东西，同时西方人则更多只记住前景中的东西。据说美国军方还因为这个研究想让中国人去管雷达系统，屏幕上一有什么风吹草动就能被看出来。

  1. 这是跟myspace学的，允许用户自己美化，并不是网站默认的。你知道用户，绝大多数并不会所谓的“美化”，能搞个效果出来就满足了。

    我一直很纳闷，中国用户怎么这么喜欢“美化”，读了这篇blog，略有所得。
